Ophidia is an exotic pet insurance service for owners of snakes, parrots, and everything wonderfully in between. The challenge was building a brand that could make insurance — traditionally dry and intimidating — feel warm, playful and trustworthy enough for a niche but passionate community of pet owners.
Every visual decision was built around one tension: credibility vs playfulness. The brand needed to feel professional enough to handle something as serious as insurance, while being vibrant and approachable enough to reflect the world of exotic pet ownership. The result is a bold, warm identity that takes the pets seriously — not the industry.
